1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using APSIAN (apsian.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use APSIAN. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. APSIAN is primarily intended for current students and alumni of APSIAN institutions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use at support@apsian.in. You may not transfer your account to another person.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on APSIAN. By posting, you grant APSIAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of everything you post.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to: post content that violates our Community Rules; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform; scrape, crawl, or systematically download content without permission; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; manipulate votes or engage in other forms of platform abuse.
6. Content Removal & Account Termination
APSIAN reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Rules, at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You may appeal moderation decisions by contacting support@apsian.in.
7. Intellectual Property
The APSIAN name, logo, and original platform code are the intellectual property of APSIAN and may not be used without written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective creators.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
APSIAN is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APSIAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data or loss of profits.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use of APSIAN after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
